Job Title: Global Foreign Exchange Control Unit – Regional Manager Overview: The Level 1 Business Control Unit is part of the Board-sponsored 3 Lines of Defence (3 LoD) initiative in CBS. The team reports to the Fixed Income Currency (FIC) Chief Operating Office and its primary objective is to support the front office supervisors and traders by creating a robust control framework. The team’s mandate is to identify non-financial risks, define mitigation processes for those risks, as well as to monitor controls. As well as working closely with the trading desks, the group’s reach and interaction will be broad, including working closely with a new CBS central Control Business Unit and those functions forming the 2nd Line of Defence (2 LoD) within the 3 LoD programme. Responsibilities include: * Supporting implementation of 3 LoD programme in GFX. You will have: * Strong influencing and negotiation skills. You will be: * Able to work as part of a global team.
