Maketing vacancy of the week: Head Of Paid Search

A growing Digital Agency based in North West London is looking for a Head of Paid Search to work initially on an interim basis with the possibility of going permanent afterwards.

This is a hands on and strategic management role working on blue chip PPC accounts and taking full ownership of a number of projects.

As Head of Paid Search you will manage a team of search executives and take complete ownership of both strategy and execution. Through interaction with the other digital marketing departments, you will lead the paid search channel within the agency. As one of the UK’s newest leading digital marketing agencies you would be given all of the resources and tools to become a true expert within the paid search industry.

The successful candidate will drive the search channel forward within the agency and provide leadership and strategy.

Other responsibilities will include:
* Leading paid search functions across the agency
* Provide leadership and innovation on all aspects of paid search, both internally and externally
* Line management and wider strategic direction of a strong PPC team
* The opportunity to become an industry expert in both operations and strategy
* Attendance at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities
* To lead the paid search activities for the agency’s top 10 blue chip accounts

As a leadership position, you will have the opportunity to manage a team and work alongside the agency’s senior management team.

In return you will receive a salary of £40,000 pro rata, 21 days holiday, gym membership, 10% of any revenue from new clients that you bring on. The Digital Agency would also consider someone who wishes to work on a consultancy basis.
