Mairi McHaffie from Coaching Squared teaches women how to coach each other and form peer to peer partnerships across Whitehall and the City.
Her programmes have been shortlisted for Opportunity Now and Race for Opportunity Awards. She is now using her feedback from these groups and her own personal experiences to launch Mothers Return in March this year.
This will be a localised programme of workshops for women who are on maternity leave, are thinking of returning to work or who are already back at work, whatever the age of the children.
Our coaches in your local area will form supportive, career enhancing and life balancing groups to help you regain your confidence, improve your personal impact skills and enable you to unleash your talents.
She is currently running a survey to find out what working mothers might want, where they want it and when. Please help her streamline this offering so we can really make an impact on the lives of mothers who want to progress in their careers but remain sane, valued and happy!
