In 2012, the ASB created an exciting new vision and strategy for the organisation which included extending membership to all business and professional women throughout Scotland by launching individual membership to ASB.
The ASB offers access to networking, knowledge and mentoring opportunities across Scotland. Members come from every sector, age group, and level of experience and responsibility.
Business and professional women have challenges and concerns that may not always be addressed by traditional groups. The ASB is in an excellent position to foster an effective environment nationally via its members, affiliations and relationships to enable women to facilitate support and inspiration for each other at different stages of career or business development journeys.
