As a results-focused, experienced senior leader, recently as a Managing Director at a major international media company, I’ve been there. I have a direct understanding of the challenges and pressures of running a business, as well as the complexities of leading and managing people well. I also understand what it takes for leaders to succeed.

My strong commercial and leadership background enables me to help you with the issues you face and must manage. I am also a Certified Business Coach with the World Association of Business Coaches and have completed the Authentic Leadership Programme at Harvard Business School. I combine all of this experience to provide you with a unique, fresh-yet-experienced perspective as your coach.

I am particularly interested in accelerating leaders in new roles, supporting women to succeed and high potentials to develop the mindset of future leaders.
