Dawn Leane | Virtual Coach

All the resources you need to be successful or overcome challenges are within you. But sometimes it’s hard to filter out the background noise; other peoples self-interest, unhelpful advice, our past experiences or limiting beliefs.

Often, the more senior we become, the fewer people there are to hold up a mirror to us and act as trusted confidantes.

As your ‘thinking partner’ I specialise in creating a quiet, safe space for you to do your best thinking. As a qualified and experienced coach, I will challenge you to explore your reality, achieve clarity and support you in making the decisions that move you forward.

As Principal Consultant with Leane Leaders, I am committed to supporting ambitious, professional women by training, coaching and mentoring. I enjoy helping women navigate their environment, take control, be strategic and intentional, and ultimately thrive. I understand the landscape, the pressures and the opportunities of the corporate world.

I work virtually with senior businesspeople around the globe, across different time zones. Let’s have a complimentary, commitment-free conversation to see if we can work well together.

Testimonials

Dawn’s approach provided an objective assessment and observations that enhanced my self-awareness and awareness of others and the situation I found myself in. She fostered a shift in my thinking that revealed fresh perspectives, she challenged me and my approach to the situation, she supported the creation of alternative scenarios and generated different options in my approach.

She acted as a sounding board with a very practical approach and focused on actions. Honestly, I was a bit sceptical before meeting with Dawn as I was never exposed to a coach previously but after my sessions I would highly recommend her service. I resolved both of my issues and wouldn’t have had the same positive outcomes if it wasn’t for Dawn’s coaching. Manager, Big Four Firm

I worked with Dawn to ensure that I had a plan in place in advance of returning to work [after maternity leave]. Dawn provided fantastic support and coaching, giving me a toolkit to guide me through the transition and space to reflect on what I wanted to achieve from work. Her tips on communication and planning ensured a smooth return and boosted my confidence. I can highly recommend Dawn’s coaching work. Senior Manager, Banking
