Fractio Vitri

FV is a space for young women to network, to grow and to learn to lead. Founded in October 2015 FV’s mission is to encourage the female talent pipeline to be ambitious about their careers and to develop positive responses to the challenges they may face in the workplace.

We are an inclusive network focused on women from undergraduates to women in the early to middle stages of their careers. We connect young women from a variety of sectors ranging from large corporates to professional services, marketing, consulting, energy, defence, STEM industries and the public and voluntary sectors.

We build and sustain the female talent pipeline by:

• Hosting networking events to encourage a sense of unity and support across a range of industries.
• Providing interactive skills seminars focused on empowering young women to enhance their skills and career prospects.
• Creating an online community and presence to enable the sharing of commentary, ideas and thought leadership.

FV is supported and advised by City Women Network, a vibrant community for senior professional women to connect, contribute and grow.
