InterEngineering is a grassroots initiative, with support from the Royal Academy of Engineering and Stonewall, to help attract, support and retain lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender engineers, along with their straight allies.


Providing networking opportunities for LGBT engineers in different companies to meet, discuss improvements the profession could be making and share best practice for growing company support.


Sharing and collecting experiences and resources of LGBT people working in engineering and promoting wider initiatives within the industry to help promote diversity and inclusion.


Running events to help LGBT engineers create their own Company Networks to promote and support diversity in their workplaces, and providing a forum for smaller enterprises.
