We want to transform the culture of organisations to increase opportunities for women and showcase role models and best practice for organisations that are helping to drive and leading economic growth.
We need to harness all talent, accelerate gender pay equality and provide people with the knowledge and skills needed to drive careers forward, all against the backdrop of the Northern Powerhouse agenda.
We engage women and men from all industries and business areas as ‘agents of change’ and connect, collaborate and celebrate their achievements as campaign champions and advocates to drive gender balance from the north of England.
