It’s a topic that has long been close to my heart. In my own career and through many years’ experience of supporting others, I have seen the difference it can make. For individuals, it allows you to be your best self more of the time, to make a difference and feel more fulfilled in life. My own experience of the world of work includes over 20 years as Human Resources Director in a diverse range of commercial organisations from PLCs (FTSE 100 and FTSE 250) to small owner-managed businesses. Throughout I’ve worked closely with managers and directors including at Board level to help them and their organisations evolve, mature and rise to meet new opportunities and challenges. My track record in business includes delivering step change improvements in the skills of leaders, organisational culture, employee engagement, talent development and succession.
I blend coach training and the skills of creating rapport & trust with individuals with a deep understanding of management and leadership in organisations. I identify the distinctive strengths my clients already have and can leverage as well as helping them identify and address the areas that are holding them back.
