Women in PR (WPR) Network

WPR is committed to supporting and encouraging young women entering the PR profession.

Women in PR is a networking organisation for senior women working in the PR and communications industry. It provides an important platform to enable members to share their experiences, assist one another in business and exchange ideas.

Our mission is to increase the number and diversity of women in leadership roles in PR and communications. During each year there are a number of meetings and social activities that bring members together.

WPR offers support for its members and during its 50 year history has helped to shape the development of the PR profession as a whole.

WPR works to encourage and promote the highest standards of professionalism and to assist and support younger members within the profession.

WPR has a vibrant and enthusiastic membership across all PR sectors and members include owners of consultancies, in-house PR directors from major UK companies and organisations, as well as independent consultants. WPR also aims to provide links with other similar organisations internationally.
