NewsUK to host WeAreTheCity’s 2018 Rising Star shortlist celebration

The celebration of this year’s Rising Star shortlist will be held on Wednesday 6 June 2018 at NewsUK headquarters and will be attended by all shortlisted nominees, the judging panel, corporate sponsors and supporters.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank NewsUK and The Times & Sunday Times for sponsoring and hosting what will no doubt be an inspiring evening and celebration of female talent.

Chris was appointed Managing Director, TNL in November 2016. Chris is responsible for continuing to grow sales of The Times and The Sunday Times in print and digital and seeking out new opportunities for the brands to develop alternative revenue streams.

Lara Morgan is a serial entrepreneur, a highly experienced businesswoman and a keen supporter of the progression of women in the workplace. Lara is also a best-selling author and regularly appears as a business commentator in the media.

Winners of this years’ Rising Star Awards will be informed by 18 June and celebrated at an exclusive winner’s event to be held at News UK on 12 July.
