Flexible working has regularly hit the headlines this year, through issues such as staffing challenges, the gig economy and the gender pay gap. Now Timewise want to build on this momentum, and increase the rate of change, by celebrating the people and places who are making it work, and showing how they do it.
Timewise are looking to once again shine a light on 50 most inspirational people who are making a success of working flexibly, across five categories: Power Part-Timers, Power Climbers, Power Job Sharers, Power Returners and Power Founders.
There isn’t a fixed quota for each category; Timewise simply select the best 50 individuals or pairs, regardless of their role.
They are also asking you to highlight inspirational employers with an innovative approach to making flexibility work.
A panel of judges will then choose the best of the best to create the Timewise Power 50 2019.
