The Inspiring Women Awards were founded in 1992 to raise funds for the research charity, Tommy’s Campaign. Originally known as the North West Woman of Achievement Awards, Inspiring Women recognises the varied achievements of women in the North West. The awards now celebrates contributions in sport, business, public life, the arts and the community. Initially meant to be a one off, the awards celebrated their 18th anniversary in 2010 and their 23rd anniversary in 2013.
Nominations for the awards close on the 1st April and a shortlist of finalists will be announced on the week commencing 11th April. Finalists will be invited to an Awards Lunch on 13th May where their stories will be told by Emcee and BBC Radio Manchester presenter, Phil Trow. Special guests will then announce award winners at the lunch.
Nominate now online via the Inspiring Women website. Corporate packages and sponsorship opportunities are also available.
