Poncho8 brings fresh breakfast to the city from 60p

poncho8London burrito chain Poncho8, home to the capital’s healthiest burrito, has answered the City’s call and introduced a fresh breakfast menu developed by Poncho8’s renowned innovation Chef Stephen Parkins Knight with prices starting from as low as 60p.

To celebrate the launch, Poncho8 is introducing a breakfast loyalty card to reward regular customers with special discounts and giving away free cups of premium arabica coffee to anyone who brings in a Poncho8 receipt during the first month of the breakfast menu.

The first of three breakfast dishes is The Poncho Breakfast Wrap: an addictively moreish toasted tortilla, filled with hot crispy bacon, a Poncho omelette, smoky ancho relish and soft cream cheese.

Also available will be a delicious toasted Granola Pot, served with Greek yoghurt and Poncho8’s homemade pineapple, coconut and lime salsa; a perfect combination for time-conscious City workers.

Rounding off the menu is Poncho8’s freshly-made Porridge, prepared in-house each morning. The porridge will be accompanied by a variety of toppings, including organic honey and an apple and cinnamon compote.

The news comes a week after the opening of Poncho8’s fourth site, on New Street Square, on Thursday 25th April, with a fifth site on Devonshire Row opening on Thursday 2nd May.

“For months, our customers have been clamouring for us to provide a breakfast option similar in quality and freshness to our lunches,”

comments the company’s co-founder Frank Yeung.

“We’re very excited to finally be rolling out our new breakfast menu and give our customers what they want.”
