Formerly in Real Estate, Gemma embarked on a career change at 35 and decided to pursue her dream of opening her own business to help people lead a happier, healthier and more prosperous life. Gemma has a BSc (Hons) in Estate Management, is a Chartered Surveyor, an Accredited Life Coach, Podcaster and a general health nut.
She is married to Jason and lives in Newbury, England and has a daughter Florence with another baby on the way.
