As Ladbrokes continues to grow we are seeking a Talent Manager to join the Learning & Development team based at our Head Office. Reporting to the Head of Learning, Development and Talent, the role will provide a range of duties including the following:

  • Diagnosing and embedding Talent Management
  • Stakeholder management
  • Designing, delivering and evaluating interventions to support the talent process
  • Liaising with Reward and resourcing to align the talent strategy

The Talent Manager should have proven experience of working in a large business where they have both communicated with and influenced key stakeholders, have an in depth knowledge of L&D and be able to design, deliver and evaluate talent/L&D interventions. You must have a recognised L&D qualification and be competent in Microsoft Office.
