Donna works with Public Sector and Private Sector clients focusing on leading and applying her business and management consultancy skills to secure and deliver complex organisational improvement programmes, enabled by technology . Her key strengths are working with UK and global clients at Board level. The breadth of her experience includes digital, programme management, communications and leading successful consultancy and IT transformation programmes and risk management.

Donna has managed the P&L at both a sector and project level specifically and a managing director overall. She proactively executes on strategies to sustain/recover P&L performance whilst ensuring the client experience is exceptional. She is passionate about developing people and has been a manager through out her career.

Donna is an award winning Executive and Mentor. Diversity and innovation are critical to societal and organisational success and Donna has provided consultancy support to a number of organisations; from mentoring through to establishing an inclusive culture at Board level and beyond.
