Find your way back
Perhaps you’ve been exploring the world, or spending time with your family, or just needed some time out. Whatever the reason, if you’ve taken a career break of two years or more, our Return to Work programme is made for you. All we ask is that prior to your break you had at least five years’ experience in professional services (or similar relevant industry experience) including a minimum of two years in a similar position to the role you wish to apply for. Applications for the September intake will close by 30th June 2018. Roles with high demand may close sooner so please apply early.
25 weeks of support – and a potential career opportunity
Our Return to Work programme runs four days a week, and for 25 weeks. Open to anyone who’s taken a career break of two years or more, it’s designed to refresh your knowledge and skills and boost your professional confidence. And it could lead to an exciting career opportunity with the firm.
Whatever you’ve been up to, we know it will have enriched who you are and what you can offer our clients and our business. This is about giving you the time and support you need to readjust and redevelop your skills.
You’ll benefit from a comprehensive induction to the firm, technical skills training, coaching and on-the-job project and client experience, as well as the chance to work with some of the most inspiring people in business – not least your fellow returners from this, and previous, cohorts.
Over 90 per cent of the people who joined the programme last year have now transitioned into a permanent or contract role with the firm. So this could be your chance to reboot your career, your way.
Who can apply for the Return to Work programme?
- have taken a career break of two or more years
- have five or more years’ experience within professional services or a relevant industry/sector, including a minimum of two years in a similar position to the role you wish to apply for
- be available to work from 17 September 2018* or 21 January 2019* for a period of 25 weeks
*The start date is role-dependent. Some roles may offer a choice of dates
