Rocket in Canary Wharf was recently shortlisted for a Restaurant & Bar Design Award.

In fact in the short time it has been open it has been shortlisted for awards for its food, cocktails and design.  Rocket’s ground floor bar and first floor restaurant both have indoor and outdoor options for meeting people and it is suitable for both business and social gatherings.

Rocket’s first floor restaurant, which has a fantastic view of the O2 Arena and West India Docks, serves 13” stone baked pizzas and a great selection of fresh salads.

This menu is also available in the ground floor bar and its terrace at lunch time along fresh cocktails, wine, and Champagne. In the evening the bar has its own separate food menu.

Rocket has one of the best value wine lists in London with over 60 wines on their list representing all the major wine producing regions of the world.  Many famous names are there along with some fabulous new discoveries.

All are under £50 and the majority below £30, giving you the opportunity to try wines that would cost considerably more in other places. They have 14 Champagnes to choose from ranging from £38.00 for Baron de Marck NV and £41.50 for Mumm Cordon Rouge NV to £135.00 for a bottle of Krug or Taittinger Comtes de Champagne (1999).
