You will be responsible for leading a sales and marketing function and managing the sales budget. Reporting into the Chief Executive, you will be a strong leader of people who can improve team performance. As European Sales & Marketing Director you will have a real opportunity to influence the strategic journey of the company.

*Build strong relationships with retailers at a senior level
*Ability to take new products into new markets

*Experience of selling into the European Market
