Fujitsu are currently looking for an experienced Senior Pensions Administrator to join the organisation on a permanent basis at their Bracknell offices.
Fujitsu has three main pension arrangements and a number of legacy schemes for which the pensions department has responsibility for administering the ICL Group Pension Plan and the Comparable Pension Scheme (both DB).
This key role will sit within the Pensions Administration Team whose primary purpose is to administer the pension schemes operated for employees of Fujitsu.
*To calculate complex manual calculations in relation to pension entitlements in accordance with the Trust Deed and Rules.
*Take ownership for and provide a first class administration function to ensure problems and queries are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
*Create and maintain effective working relationships in order to facilitate internal and external communication and to be an approachable and valued team member.
*Ensure compliance with DWP procedures and ongoing legislative requirements.
*Input and maintain data in computerised systems and files to ensure accurate records are held and an audit trail maintained.
*Prioritise own work load as required and use escalation process appropriately.
*Ensure that confidentiality guidelines and data protection requirements are maintained at all times.
*Undertake project work as required; e.g. system development, data loads required for M&A work.
*To assist manager with checking all calculations regarding member and dependants benefits.
*To run quarterly Admin Reports and report to manager.
*Liaise with 3rd party administrators regarding FJUK plan.
*Significant experience in a Senior Pensions Administrator role
*PMI qualification preferred
*IT proficient in MS Office applications including Excel and Word
*Possess a high standard of numeracy and literacy with the ability to carry out manual calculations
*Able to work within a team to Service Level Agreements and tight deadlines
*Able to prioritise and manage own workload
*Experience of using pension systems technology
