Dreams Come True have launched their annual Christmas Appeal and are calling on you to help them fulfil dreams for 25 amazing children and young adults living with serious and life-limiting conditions.
The Dreams Come True Christmas appeal are offering a £5 donation certificate to give to your Secret Santa this year, with all proceeds going to the charity. The campaign needs to raise £50,000 in order to make the dreams of the 25 children come true. These children include Sophie who lives with muscular dystrophy and dreams of being a princess and meeting Cinderella at Disneyland; and Robert, who was diagnosed with cancer but wants to take his dad salmon fishing in Canada as a way of saying thank you.
