At Capco an intensive training programme is provided, covering the global financial services landscape, risk and regulation, foundations of consulting and project delivery. Capco‘s Associate Talent programme attracts individuals from a range of different backgrounds – from recent university graduates, through to professionals with a desire to make a change in their career.

All we ask is the following:

  • Minimum 2.1 degree (in any subject – with quantitative backgrounds preferred) or equivalent experience
  • 320+ UCAS points desirable
  • The aptitude to ably demonstrate :
    • Creative and innovative thinking
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Competence with Microsoft Office


We very much value prior work experience through internships etc., however this is not a pre-requisite for applying.  If you can provide this, along with a keen interest in Financial Services, Capco can give you the rest!
