The Ivy in the Park celebrates International Women’s Day with exclusive panel discussion & ticketed dinner

Ivy in the Park

In the run up to this year’s International Women’s Day, The Ivy in the Park, in the heart of Canary Wharf, is hosting an exclusive ticketed dinner and panel discussion.

Hosted on Tuesday, 5 March from 6.30pm to 9.00pm, the evening will touch upon the countless achievements of women around the world as well as cover a range of topical issues.

Our panel is hosted by three remarkable women from a range of backgrounds. Vanessa Vallely OBE is the Managing Director for WeAreTheCity (founded in 2008 to help women progress in their careers), whilst Eleanor Mills is the respected Editorial Director for The Sunday Times and Editor of The Sunday Times Magazine who writes extensively on subjects such as equality. Our third panellist is 26 year old Abisola Barber who works as Trading Business Manager at Barclays International and who was listed in Brummell Magazine’s 30 Inspirational Women in the City for 2018.

They will talk candidly about subjects including men vs women in the workplace in today’s day and age, advise on how to digitally disconnect in the age of anxiety, and how to better your financial future.
