The practice was founded in the sixties and has been owned by Dr G M Potter since 1983. The Practice has two dentists & three part time hygienists.
The Practice is situated in the heart of Central London in Clerkenwell.
The nearest tubes are Farringdon (Circle, District & Metropolitan lines) & Chancery Lane (Central line)
Dental Care & Treatment
We do our best to ensure your dental care meets your individual needs and will discuss the proposed treatment and treatment options with you, giving you time to ask questions and consider the alternatives.
We offer a full range of preventive and cosmetic dentistry, including endodontics (Root Canal Treatment), Veneers, Crowns, Bridges and Whitening. Each surgery is fully equipped to help us diagnose when treatment is required and explain the treatment options to you.
We try to provide as much treatment as possible in house so that you do not need to travel for specialist treatment. We have specialists in Periodontology (Gums), Implants & Oral Surgery.
If we cannot provide treatment we refer to appropriate specialists. Where possible we provide domiciliary visits.
We encourage our patients to have regular appointments with one of the practice hygienists.

Hygienist
Beautiful white teeth need good support from healthy gums and bones. The hygienist is there to ensure that your gums stay as healthy as possible, not just by removing all unhealthy deposits of plaque and calculus but by ensuring that you are able to look after your teeth well between visits.
Depending on your needs you will either see the hygeinist 3 monthly, 6 monthly or yearly. We believe that it is important to build a relationship with your hygienist and will try to ensure that you see the same one every time.
Many dental practices don’t have hygienists and have to refer. We have three! That means that you can get all your dental needs out of the way in one visit saving you lots of time!)
