The ultimate London in the Sky experience ǀ 17th – 30th September

This unique new experience of dining in the sky is brought to you by Events in the Sky, experts of creating events at height. 43 different countries are now part of the global dinner in the sky group. The trademark sky platforms are used to engage key audiences offering them a once in a lifetime opportunity, customised according to the clients campaign objectives. It follows a similar pop-up in Canary Wharf last year, but promises better views this time round thanks to its new location.

For an exclusive period, London in the Sky will operate a 14 day pop-up restaurant in the capital (17th – 30th September). Open to the public, the food is also set to be pretty impressive, with a line-up of top chefs taking it in turns to provide the sky-high dishes. These include Tom Aikens, Ceviche’s Martin Morales, Chantelle Nicholson of Tredwell’s and Duck & Waffle’s Dan Doherty. The latter is used to heights, cooking at London’s tallest restaurants. Suspended 25 metres in the air the table seats 22 guests, the chef, sommelier and waiting team serving from the centre of the table – it’s truly a gastronomic experience like no other!
