Leading Global brand urgently require an experienced Senior Manager for Digital Customer Experience to manage digital engagement and user experience across multiple platforms and across all online touch points.
You must be able to demonstrate in a meeting scenario, when you have managed an online/interactive customer and user experience journey that has been a success and how this success was measured i.e. reducing customer dependence on call centres, improving sales, KPI’s and SLA’s.
This person will be an expert in key eCommerce fundamentals and have an eye for improving UX design. They must be able to articulate in a meeting scenario when they have improved usability and functionality of online/digital channels making the online experience as enjoyable and engaging as possible.
I am looking for someone to challenge the status quo and develop a best in class digital customer experience – Making the online channels a joy to use!
This is a highly influential role, and one that needs a real expert in the field. The successful candidate will come from an online service background with consumer experience a must. Most important is experience of working in an environment where the customers’ needs are at the heart of everything you do.
