The PA to the Chief Executive will provide high quality, effective, proactive and confidential administrative support to the Chief Executive, Directors and Trustees to enable the delivery of strategic and operational objectives. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic charity in a pivotal and varied role that will see you involved in all levels of the charity.



South West London (Mortlake – only 13 mins from Clapham Junction and 23 mins from Waterloo)


35 hours per week


  • 25 days annual leave per annum/pro rata plus statutory holidays

We are a non-judgemental, highly skilled team of staff and volunteers working around the clock for everyone who needs us. We provide free 24 hour confidential support, help, advice by phone, email, text and online, including the opportunity to reconnect. We also coordinate a UK wide network of people, businesses and media to join the search for the estimated 250,000 people who go missing each year.



Governance consists of the Chief Executive, PA to the Chief Executive and the Trustees. The charity has the highest standards of governance and leadership; giving support, guidance and energy in helping the charity achieve its ambitious plans for significant growth to meet the needs of more families of missing people.


General Function:

To provide confidential personal assistance to the Chief Executive of Missing People and administrative services and support to the Directors Group alongside Governance support to the Trustees.
