Service Transition Manager urgently required by Ladbrokes on a permanent basis, to be based at their Head Office situated in North West London.

|Main Purpose of the Role:
The Service Transition Manager will help facilitate the process for transitioning and releasing new or amended services into Operations.
* Comprehensive knowledge of Service Transition and Release Management and its role in the IT Development life cycle
* Experience of Working in a Support Environment (Retail and E-commerce)
