Vacancy Alert: Solicitor required on Part Time basis | London

We have a great part-time opportunity for a qualified Solicitor to join our Commercial IP Department. This role will be based at our client’s offices in West London (closest train station: Feltham), working 21 hours per week and would suit a candidate with some transactional experience, preferably involving intellectual property rights.

Responsibilities

  • Confidentiality Agreements
  • Material Transfer Agreements
  • Research Agreements with Universities and companies.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Qualified solicitor  with transactional experience (preferably involving intellectual property rights)
  • An ability to build relationships
  • Enthusiastic team player with commitment to quality
  • Excellent case management skills
  • Strong academics essential minimum 2:1 or equivalent
