BNY Mellon Corporate Trust provides the infrastructure, technology and processing services needed to navigate the debt capital markets. We partner with financial institutions, corporations, insurers, governments and not-for-profit organizations at all stages of the deal lifecycle – from issuance to maturity. With global reach and a comprehensive suite of scalable administrative, operational and infrastructure capabilities, we help clients drive business growth and maximize impact. We create customized solutions for our clients’ debt-related needs, drawing on our range of core services, including trustee, paying agency, escrow and other fiduciary offerings.  


Incumbent will be responsible for managing local regional strategic business direction – taking a lead role in influencing development and execution – of the pricing & profitability, technology automation, strategy and product management agenda to support business growth; providing business analysis, risk management and decision support to promote responsible growth, profitability and increased margin.

Provide deep global product expertise, insight and vision for all services and competencies offered. Drive global product line, P&L and prioritization of initiatives within product line.  Manage a regional team of product managers to support local regional delivery of services and competencies for subproducts. Proactively identifies product specific strategies and value to support the evolving needs of our client segments. Develop and maintain a network of external senior global market influencers providing thought leadership raising our company local profile. Strong working knowledge of the services provided by the company and identifies linkages to better leverage Corporate Trust competencies. Provide consultation advice to Sales and Relationship Management on methods to address client segment needs and supports Client Service Management agenda ensuring alignment of product, strategy, pricing and technology/automation focus. Maintains knowledge of global regulations and competitor service offering profile. Provides recommendations on how we should better compete; align local regional business; and contributes to delivering complex multi-competency client solutions.

  • College Education
  • Under Graduate or Graduate Degree preferred
  • 10-15 years in-depth knowledge of various CT products or industry related products such as public finance, structured, conventional debts, govt, asset and collateral, 12 years preferred
