We are currently seeking an Operations Sales Process Practitioner who is looking for an exciting and challenging career with Accenture – an employer that enables you to make a real difference.

 

As an Operations Sales Process Practitioner the key aspects of your role will be

 

  • Be main point of contact for operations sales process for UKI/Nordic client service groups. Addressing customer requests and escalating as appropriate.
  • Provide process and tool support for one or more of the following:
  • Opportunity Management (OM)
  • Quality Assurance (QA)
  • Provide training to client teams and entity leadership as required.
  • Analyse, maintain and ensure accuracy of data within the operations systems according to established guidelines and as needed for system changes.

 

The key skills we are looking for to complete this role are:

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills. Minute taking experience will be an advantage.
  • Accuracy and attention to details; prioritizes and plans work activities
  • Analytical skills; collects and researches data
