I am looking for a Project Management Assistant to work for a World leading banking organisation located in Cheshire for an initial 3 month contract.
You will be an experienced Project Management Assistant with strong skills in Project Support, Programme Support, Project Management Support, Cost Management, Delivery Management, PMO and Stakeholder Management and you will have a banking or financial services background ideally.
Your role will be to provide world class programme support to Programme Manager / Project Manager and you will provide:
Cost Management
· Collating submissions for TSI/Breakfix
· Monitoring project Work Orders and reminding PM’s of expiry dates
· Raising Project ESP’s
· Raising PO’s, Project Journals, Accruals & Tracking Invoices
· Supporting & Entering RAF figures into eRAF system
· Create SAP P11 Reports
· Updating project cost model with actuals
Delivery Management
· Maintenance of Project MSP; Participation in construction of initial schedules
· Project Meetings – capturing actions and conscience of action owners
· Tracking and Monitoring Project Governance to make sure project is always compliant
· Conscience of PM regarding Project Plan upcoming Tasks & Milestones
· Updating the Risk & Issue log following weekly reviews
· Adding resources to Navigator Plan
· Create Navigator Resource Allocation Reports
