Vacancy Spotlight: Alliance Professional | City of London

We currently having an exciting opportunity for an Alliance Professional. You will manage a defined set of partners to support the CGI UK Alliance Strategy, as directed by the Director of Alliances,Sales:

* Responsible for achieving alliance TCV target assigned to designated partners and agreed by Director of Alliances

* Drives and manages a TCV pipeline to track influenced and joint revenue in support of the sales teams

* Collaborates with CGI BU’s and Field Sales to execute joint account engagements

* Set target accounts with Partners

* Drive joint wins to customer reference-ability

Relationships:

* Drive executive P2P mapping and interlock

* Support CGI sales teams in pursuit of appropriate joint business

* Manage complex/conflict/controversial customer engagements and escalations, informing Director of Alliances early
Plans:

* Execute the agreed business and GTM initiatives and programs to achieve stated goals and objectives for both CGI & Partner

* Execute a single in-market plan with marketing initiatives to produce GTM programs and events

* Identify joint target markets and prospect customers to compliment offerings
Governance:

* Own the daily governance of the alliance relationship through structured and regular reviews

* Support a QBR and governance structure including an annual senior level executive review

* Update monthly alliance scorecard approach per partner to track key metrics, progress and revenue

* Manage the CGI profile within Partner Portals and map CGI skills to improve profile
CGI Engagement:

* Support the overall alliance plans as defined by Director of Alliances

* Provide regular required reports to Director of Alliances

* Act as trusted advisor to wider CGI on defined set of Partners

* Support Director of Alliances for all info needed in all internal reviews

* Support internal operational plan to generate sufficient levels of technical expertise/certifications across the designated technical domains

* Track and manage CGI’s accrued partner benefits including: referral fees, training credits, demo equipment and BDFKey Metrics:

* Results against TCV target

* Accountability for growing CGI and Alliance Y/Y revenue in terms of ‘sell-to’, ‘sell with’ and ‘sell-through’ from current baseline.

* Full 360 degree relationship accountability

* Key wins w/Associated TCV

* Pipeline coverage ratio

* Customer References

* Prescriptive MDF to fund joint GTM & lead generation

* Partner recognition: awards, funding, campaigns
