We are currently seeking a Capital Markets Research Lead who is looking for an exciting and challenging career with Accenture – an employer that enables you to make a real difference.

 

As a Capital Markets Research Lead the key aspects of your role will be

 

  • To develop a series of wide ranging Thought Leadership pieces. This involves working and at times leading initiatives with members of the practice, helping to define and set research parameters and encourage contributions from a wide range of Accenture people
  • Lead and develop CM researchers, with a special emphasis on CM Managers based in London, NY (and potentially Shanghai) and Analysts/Specialists based in India, South Africa and London.
  • Establish a draft Thought Leadership program which will be discussed and adopted in the CM Thought Leadership Council led by the CM Industry Managing Director; lead role in implementation of the TL program
  • Taking responsibility for the 5 CM benchmarks programming, including monitoring and assuring the quality of work conducted by less experienced research and analysis.
