The team manages the production, operations, and engineering of our data centers, voice and data networking solutions, wireless technologies, server and database operations, desktops, servers and mainframes.

Team Profile
Enterprise Infrastructure Projects (EIP) is a global Program Management function within the larger Enterprise
Infrastructure (EI) organization with direct responsibility for managing medium to large scale multidisciplinary technologyprojects and programs. The goal of this project management organization is the successful implementation of technology and organization initiatives along with the systemization of related management processes to assure ongoingsustainability of the transformation.

Primary Responsibilities
EIP is currently seeking a Project/Program Manager to lead medium to large scale multidisciplinary projects and programs involving the implementation of core infrastructure offered by Enterprise Infrastructure (EI). This person will be responsible and accountable for projects and programs including understanding and documenting requirements, project plan creation and updating, identification and tracking of risks and issues, status report creation and maintenance, logging and tracking decisions and action items, identification, tracking and reporting on key program metrics, coordination across work streams, dependency mapping, understanding project content and communication planning and execution. Also needs to be prepared to drive and initiate organizational change where appropriate.

Skills Required (essential)
– Project and program experience managing complex/large IT projects and programs
– Thorough knowledge of PMI approach and application in industry
– Strong and proven problem solving skills
– Experience in process change/improvement and system integration project
– Significant experience in at least one of the following industries: Investment Banking, Retail banking, Oil and Gas
Industry, Insurance, Building Construction , Pharmaceutical Industry, Power Industry
– Ability to manage global projects/programs and virtual teams from a diverse cultural background
– Strong awareness of desktop, networking (voice and data), distributed, market data technologies and systems, as well as being able to understand the value these technologies bring to organisation
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Excellent written/reporting skills
– A sound background and adherence to business processes and procedure
– Excellent MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, Access) skills
– Excellent MS Project knowledge
– Proactive and responsive
