Human Capital Generalist – Fixed Term Contract The Human Capital Generalist will actively support the operation of the business and lead a change sourcing project. The successful candidate will have previous HR experience and ideally worked on TUPE projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your HR experience and lead a large project, as a HC generalist your responsibilities will cover a broad spectrum of HR tasks. Responsibilities and Experience Generalist Experience TUPE and Project management experience Support recruitment campaigns and lead on TUPE projects Help to drive organisational performance by driving core business objectives Work in partnership with line managers on performance management, employee relations, resourcing and staff management/development. Skills/Essentials: Excellent administrative skills Generalist HR experience within an HR environment Key experience of working with and advising line managers First class IT and communication skills Team orientated Results focused CIPD qualified or working towards your CIPD This is initially a 3 month Fixed term contract.
