Our Architects capability within BTS is a growing team of 130 people dedicated to ensuring that the technologies selected and the way that they are implemented meet the business objectives of our clients. There are several disciplines within the architecture team: delivery, business, integration and digital architects and technical managers, and many of our people can perform in more than one of these roles. We’re looking for people who love building great relationships with clients, and who naturally engender trust from those they work with.
We want to make sure that we find the right people to work in our teams, and we know that working full-time isn’t necessarily right for everyone. So we’d love to hear from you if you feel you’re a great fit for this role, and would like to work flexibly. As an example, some of our team members work four days a week, but travel across the UK during their working days.

The Focus of Your Role
You will combine deep understanding and experience of shaping integration solutions with the personal skills and credibility to lead and guide some of the best technical teams in the business to successful delivery. You will take accountability for ensuring that the end-to-end integration solutions we create for our customers fulfil their expectations of high quality and cost-effectiveness.
What you’ll do
You’ll use your natural credibility and leadership skills to deliver in the following areas:
- Specify and own the integration-specific aspects of enterprise & solution architectures
- Govern the integration process across all phases of delivery;
- Oversee technical teams in the design, build, test & operation of integration solutions;
- Manage third-party relationships involved in end-to-end integration;
- Actively contribute to the wider Capgemini architecture community, through sharing knowledge and best practice and developing future talent.
- What you’ll bring
