It has been a long time coming but summer is finally here and so is the new seasonal menu from Ping Pong, London’s leading restaurant offering authentic Chinese dim sum, cocktails and gourmet teas with a British twist.

The eight of you (a lucky number in China) will enjoy seasonal specials such as the beef and black pepper shu mai, citrus squid, carrot salad and crispy squid. Plus, this summer three delicious new cocktails have been added to the specials menu, each containing Barcardi superior rum plus fresh fruits and ingredients. Take your pick of the Hibiscus mojito, Blackberry and Chambord mojito, and Longan and sake mojito.
