Does a lack of confidence stop us from putting ourselves forward or taking risks?
The lively discussion saw both men and women engaging from lots of different professions and industries come together to discuss their best advice and experiences on confidence. The purpose of this weeks Twitter Chat was for our Rising Star shortlist, judges and members to share their advice, opinions and experience on role models.
