How we’re structured and what we do
Capgemini is made up of Consulting, Technology, Outsourcing and Local Professional Services (this last group uses the Sogeti brand). Consulting Services supports clients through large-scale transformations, enabled by brilliant technology solutions. Technology Services designs, develops and implements a wide range of varied technology projects that involve complex systems integration and IT application development. Outsourcing Services manages our clients’ IT systems and associated business processes. Finally, Sogeti delivers professional technology services tailored to local needs.

The AIE concept focuses on the discovery and application of business innovation, and on exploring emerging technologies such as the Internet of Things, cloud, cybersecurity, blockchain and artificial intelligence (AI). We have nine Exchanges around the world, including one in London. Like our Accelerated Solutions Environment (ASE), which helps clients rapidly tackle their most complex challenges, our AIE is a real differentiator for Capgemini.

Do you have an internal women’s network at Capgemini?

What can a potential candidate expect during the interviewing process?
Each part of the business looks for a slightly different skill set, but you can get a comprehensive briefing about any vacancy by speaking to one of our recruiters. They’ll provide you with the background information you need for the interview process, and explain what to expect at each stage.

What do you look for in a potential candidate?
