Clare Murphy is Chief Executive of the British Pregnancy Advisory Service, BPAS, a charity which delivers reproductive healthcare services to around 100,000 women each year across the UK and campaigns for women’s access to evidence-based information and care to enable them to exercise reproductive choice.

Clare is also a board member of the European Consortium on Emergency Contraception and believes passionately in removing the barriers women face to access contraception. Prior to joining BPAS Clare was a health journalist at the BBC.
