Ania is a partner in the Corporate group in London and heads up the Private Markets group. She advises on a variety of corporate matters, including M&A, restructurings and general corporate matters particularly in relation to partnership arrangements.

Ania has a particular focus on the asset management sector, advising alternative investment managers on all aspects of their business, including the implementation and structuring of “start-ups”, general operational day-to-day matters and ever-increasing M&A in the sector.

Ania is co-chair of the Simmons & Simmons women’s network, TNOC. She is also on the firm’s ESG steering group.
