Brenda devoted much of her long and successful career in capital markets, investment and relationship banking to championing equity in the workplace.

As a global chair of the 30% Club, a Partner in PwC UK within the people consulting practice, and an advisor to the UK Government’s Hampton-Alexander Review, Brenda’s work had an enormous impact on increasing the representation of women in the executive level of the FTSE 350. Brenda was also a senior independent director of the England and Wales Cricket Board. In 2018, she was awarded a CBE in the Queen’s Birthday Honours List for services to the financial sector and gender equality. Brenda sadly passed away in August 2022, she leaves a legacy of incredible achievements for gender equity for women. She will always be sadly missed.
