Dame Inga has worked four decades in the world of insurance and financial services, culminating in the role of CEO of the centuries-old financial institution Lloyd’s of London from 2014 to 2018.

Understanding the vital importance of inclusion in the workplace and, having done much to break down barriers and build inclusive environments, she is keen for organisations to do more than throw money at diversity and inclusion. As a champion for women and the LGBTQ+ community she calls for organisations to take real action and implement initiatives that will have a positive long-lasting impact on the life of others.
