Lisa spent the first twenty years of her career in management consulting, becoming a partner in Arthur Andersen’s business consulting practice. She later moved to Deloitte as director of Brand and Communication, before taking a six year career break.

Lisa established She’s Back in 2014, to help shine a light on the untapped potential in the thousands of women who leave professional careers at a mid to senior level. She is the author of She’s Back: Your Guide to Returning to Work, described by Arianna Huffington as “a must have guide to get more women in the workplace”. Lisa was named as a LinkedIn Top Voice in 2018 and 2019 for her writing on women in the workplace.
