The 90-minute interactive session brought together women looking to understand how AI is already influencing their roles and what steps they could take to stay relevant as it continues to evolve. The focus remained on practical action, giving attendees a strong understanding of where AI is making an impact. Also how to respond with confidence.

Claire explored how AI is reshaping job roles, workflows and decision making across industries. From the automation of routine tasks to the growing use of AI in supporting strategic thinking, the discussion highlighted how expectations around performance and contribution are shifting.
