Menopause can affect confidence, focus and wellbeing — MenoMinds helps you take back control with practical tools and a supportive community.
You’ll explore the CARE Framework:
Includes a digital workbook and invitation to monthly community groups on sleep, nutrition and stress management.
Freelancers, entrepreneurs, and women in small or micro-businesses (under 50 employees).

Santa in the City is the perfect way to get you and your friends and family into the festive spirit, all while raising money for Maggie’s. Join
Join us for what is sure to be a festive treat! Santa in the City 2025 is taking place on three dates:
2nd December
3rd December
4th December
Run or walk the 4.5km for Maggie’s! Walkers start at 7:00 pm each night, and runners start at 7:15 pm each night.
We ask each participant to aim to raise £100 to support Maggie’s.

Location: Paternoster Square, London
The iconic 4.5 km route follows the river past Shakespeare’s Globe and the Millennium Bridge, taking in views of St Paul’s Cathedral, Southwark Bridge and The Tower of London all starting and ending at Paternoster Square.
Whether you run, jog or walk the distance is up to you!
Every (adult) runner is provided with a 5-piece Santa suit including a hat, beard, jacket, trousers & belt, as well as a participant number, plus a medal on completion.
