Akima Paul Lambert is a litigation partner at Hogan Lovells with significant experience in high-stakes commercial disputes and international arbitration.
A graduate of the University of Cambridge, the University of Paris-Assas, and the London School of Economics, she is dual qualified in New York and London and works on a wide variety of disputes in the tech, pharma and energy sector.
She has been ranked a Next Generation Partner in the Legal 500 Rankings for the last four years and has been featured in The Lawyer Hot 100 2022, a list of the top 100 most innovative and impactful lawyers in Britain.
She is a former United Nations Global 500 Winner for her advocacy on the environment and has worked on social, inclusion and governance issues for over 20 years. She is the Chair of Hogan Lovells’ Caribbean Desk and is the co-founder and current Chair of the Society of Caribbean Lawyers, the first grouping of lawyers from the Caribbean in the UK which provides mentoring, support and networking opportunities for lawyers of Caribbean descent and those who work in the Caribbean.
